The Download Club

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and The Download Club ("we", "us"). When you use this website or buy a membership, you are contracting with The Download Club. By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

The service

A membership gives you access to download the digital packs (printables, templates and resources) in our Kids Activity Club, Social Media Content Club, Small Business Resource Library and Monthly Template Club while your membership is active.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your login details private and be at least 18 (or have a parent's permission). You are responsible for activity on your account.

Licence and ownership

We (or our licensors) own the website, the packs and our branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use downloaded packs for your own personal or business use. You must not resell, share, redistribute or claim the packs as your own.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with its security (for example malware, probing or scraping).

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
